We are The Arches Theatre, Buckinghamshire's quirkiest open-air theatre near Milton Keynes and we kick off our summer 2022 season in just under two months on 21st July. We have a jampacked lineup with something for everyone and a quirky and exciting experience ready and waiting for you ...
It doesn't get much better than sitting comfortably in an idyllic setting, watching a first-class live performance with friends and family, with a homemade picnic and a cooled glass of your favourite tipple in hand. That is a truly blissful way to pass a summer's evening.
The Arches Theatre is all about bringing an immersive, exciting and different experience to the rolling Buckinghamshire countryside, where our audience certainly doesn't have to pay London or big theatre prices.
We create a unique experience that you won't get elsewhere within Buckinghamshire. We want to be the best, so we put on fantastic productions that will complement our venue. We work with theatre companies and musicians that we know will just wow our audiences. There's something for everyone.
This year will be our biggest year yet with 12 performances over seven weeks. From family friendly performances and great Shakespeare to gothic horror and live music, we ensure we have the right mix so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
